How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your items and size, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and major digital wallets. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@eelamclub.com or +1 929-244-5580. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
US orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch — meaning you can expect your order within 5–12 business days from purchase. International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on destination.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our US warehouse. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact with SKU label. Jewelry, beauty products, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits and face masks are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@eelamclub.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and send return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving your returned item. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Eelam Club are 100% authentic. We source directly from trusted manufacturers and brand partners.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?

How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. We recommend following these closely to preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces.
