Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached, original clear garment packaging intact, and SKU label visible. Items that are damaged, altered or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Jewelry & accessories
- Beauty products & face masks
- Swimwear & bodysuits
- Intimates & underwear
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
