Eelam Club operates as a dropshipping store. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party supplier, Trendsi (ShopSocial, Inc.), from their US warehouse. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your name, shipping address and order details will be shared with Trendsi solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Eelam Club remains responsible for your customer experience, including returns and refunds.

4. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. The following categories are final sale and non-refundable: jewelry, beauty products, face masks, swimwear, bodysuits and intimates. We do not offer exchanges of any kind.
